“Fox Ryder” Interview

What brought you to Falcon?

I’ve had lots of offers from several studios interested in working with me. When Falcon came along, I took the opportunity because they’re the one studio that can present me in nothing but the most positive light — and they clearly have respect for me.

I thought it would be interesting because up until now, I’ve only worked in amateur, and this is a professional set. I wanted to step out of my norm and experience something different. If you can’t show versatility then your career is going to be short-lived. Falcon is the cream of the crop; they’ve been around for 35 years.

When I first started jerking off to porn, it was to Falcon.

What movie was that?

I don’t remember specifically. I do remember downloading a lot of Matthew Rush. He was the first porn star I knew by name and I had starry eyes for him. It’s definitely exciting to be here with him on the set.

In one of the first interviews I ever did, they asked me who I would work with if I could work with anyone. I said Matthew, not because I wanted to but because he was the only name I knew.

You’re saying you wouldn’t want to do a scene with Matthew Rush?!

Well … I just did a scene with a big muscle daddy — Erik Rhodes. And to redo that would be a bit redundant.

What was it like to work with Chad Hunt?

I don’t remember how it came up, but at some point Chad was like, “this is my 68th movie.” And I said, “Jesus
Christ, I’m young.” It was great to be in the presence of someone so experienced. 68 movies. That’s an accomplishment.

Have there been any surprises on the set?

How nice everyone is. I’m serious.

Coming on this set, I was clearly intimidated. I feel like I’ve been well received for being the new guy. Sometimes there are preconceived notions when you come on to a set, but clearly not here. They’re like one big family. They have the best senses of humor, and there’s not one person who I have any problem with.

What part of a man’s body turns you on the most?

I can’t narrow it down to just one! Shoulders … massive shoulders and a v-cut are very sexy. Not everyone can achieve it.

On camera, you’re quite an impressive bottom, sitting on Chad Hunt’s dick in Velvet Mafia with relative ease. What are you into off camera?

Sex in the dark. I think that as human being we focus on the sense of sight and visual aspect of sex. Without sight we couldn’t deal. It’s fun to focus on sense of smell and sense of touch. People focus too much on the visual. Sex should be about mixing it up. There’s some sensuality and romanticism about having sex in the dark. Any time you cut off one of your senses, you focus on the other ones and they become stronger, more heightened. They become stronger.

Are there any co-stars from Velvet Mafia you want to take home with you?What’s your workout routine like?

I hit the gym as often as I can during the week — 4-6 days a week. I isolate body parts, and I do pretty much abs everyday if I have shooting coming up, otherwise I don’t bother.

What is your favorite junk food when you are being bad and pigging out?

I stopped eating fast food altogether. I really get off on eating organic food. I know it’s expensive but I like knowing that I’m putting something pure in my body not all that hormone-injected bullshit.

In the movie of your life who would you cast to play you?

Elijah Wood from 10 years ago. I wouldn’t care — I would just want them to get down the physicality of me and my eyes. My eyes are my most recognizable feature.

What’s in heavy rotation on your iPod?

My friend burned me a copy of Jason Mraz’s latest album. I like it because he changes his voice a bit and there’s a good variety in his songs.

Where are you from?

Ohio. I live in New York now.

What do you enjoy most about being a porn star?

I enjoy little perks that you get sometimes. You’ll walk into a store and the people who work there may know you and all of a sudden you walk out with some nice free things.

Like what?

Designer sunglasses and clothes. All kinds of stuff, household items. Anything, I mean. I had a guy at Bergdorf Goodman in NYC give me free clothes. I’ve gotten quite a few nice, pricey items.

What brought you to Falcon?

I always had wanted to work for Falcon. I had worked for Chi Chi a few times and she recommended me to John Rutherford for Aspen 5 and that went really well. I had two scenes that were really good. It was great to be able to work with the company that’s the pinnacle, as far as I’m concerned, for gay entertainment.

What was the last movie you did for us?

Last movie I did was Kept, with Dean Monroe which was one of my favorite experiences. I took some personal time off to focus on school. Then, I was under contract with another company and now I’m finished with the contract, so I got to be able to work with them again.

What would your porn name be if you used your first pet / street you grew up on?

Misty State.

What’s been the most memorable thing about shooting Velvet Mafia ?

For me, it’s coming back to working with all the great people at Falcon. Because I was under contract with another company, it felt like a homecoming working with people I’m familiar with and have a rapport with.

Surprising?

It’s a porn set and nothing surprises me on a porn set. There’s nothing that can come up that shocks or amazes me anymore.

Do you like Gangster movies?

I like gangster movies. However, this one was a little too gay for my tastes! (Laughs). The clothes were interesting… to say the least.

Which is your favorite?

“Godfather”, hands down.

Who was your scene with and how’d it go?

My scene was with Roman Heart and “Fox Ryder”. It went really well. How can you complain with a 19 year old and 20 year old.

What’s your favorite Falcon, Mustang, or Jocks Movie?

That I’m in: Kept.

That I’m not in: Heaven to Hell.

Do you own a Chad Hunt dildo?

I do.
