GayPornBlog broke the news last week that HGTV show Design Star Mikey Verdugo appeared in a bondage porno back in 1996 as Jeremy Wess for Rope Rituals by Tom “Ropes” McGurk.

This star (in many ways) just got the boot from both the show and the police department where he has been working for the past 10 years. Miami media has reported that the Hollywood, FL police department has suspended Mikey Verdugo, placing him on paid leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation. The police refused to comment whether Verdugo’s porn past is a violation of police policy.
